Pay Level: 205, 227 Days --- The position of Manager, El Paso ISD Fund, requires a Bachelor’s Degree; proven history of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals; proven history of grant writing; demonstrated ability to work with business, community, and public entities; demonstrated ability to provide effective oral and written correspondence, proposals, marketing materials, grants, and solicitations; demonstrated strong organizational skills; knowledge of public education or school district organization; knowledge of volunteers management techniques; five years of experience in two or more of the following areas; non-profit management, fundraising, public relations, communications, and marketing; experience working for a Board of Directors.
